Reliance Pools | Justin, TX

This commercial project for Reliance Pools in Justin, Texas included two 60' x 100' metal buildings designed to support both the office and operational sides of the business.

The first building combines a fully finished office space with an attached warehouse. The office includes a full kitchen, large open area for cubicle workstations, and four individual offices, while the warehouse features spray foam insulation for a more functional workspace.

The second building provides additional warehouse and shop space with five 14-foot roll-up doors for easy access and plenty of room for day-to-day operations.

Outside, our crew also installed approximately 1,400 feet of R-panel privacy fencing, completing a commercial property built around the way Reliance Pools does business.

Custom Metal Shop | Lake Bridgeport, TX

Metal Building | Climate-Controlled Shop | Mezzanine | Full Bathroom

This 30' x 50' x 14' custom metal shop at Lake Bridgeport was built to give the owner a functional, comfortable space for storage, projects and everyday use.

The shop features spray foam insulation, full climate control, two roll-up doors and a custom mezzanine for additional usable space. It also includes a full bathroom with a washer and dryer, making this much more than a basic metal building.

Designed around exactly how the owner wanted to use the space, this project is a great example of what a fully customized Ward Construction shop can look like.
